Executive Team

The Ngadju Native Title Aboriginal Corporation (NNTAC) is led by a skilled and committed Executive Team. These individuals bring a wealth of experience and a shared passion for supporting the Ngadju Community.

CEO

NNTAC is currently recruiting a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the corporation into its next phase of growth and impact. The CEO will be responsible for driving strategic direction, strengthening governance, and ensuring the delivery of meaningful outcomes for the Ngadju community. In the interim, the executive team works closely with the interim CEO – Daryl Smith.

David Graham

CFO

David Graham leads the corporation’s finance functions. With over 30 years of experience, he ensures strong financial management, compliance, and accountability. David works with the executive team and board to support sustainable growth and align resources with strategic goals.

Rob Bitmead

Land Access Manager

A practicing native title lawyer and community development practitioner, with extensive experience working with various native title groups, PBCs and artists throughout Western Australia. A key focus and strength is building strong relationships with stakeholders to develop sustainable partnerships and positive outcomes for Ngadju people.

Toni Avellanosa

Operations Manager

A results-oriented professional with over 30 years of combined experience in administration, office support, customer service, and sales and marketing Toni brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the role. Known for consistently delivering high-quality outcomes, she takes pride in upholding professionalism, integrity, and personal accountability in every aspect of work. She is committed to operational excellence and leads with a hands-on, ethical approach that supports both team success and organisational growth.

Diana Blacklock

Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager for Ngadju Native Title Aboriginal Corporation, I am committed to building capacity and reducing barriers for Ngadju people. With a background spanning a family business, not-for-profits, outdoor recreation, tertiary education, and local government, I bring a broad perspective and a values-driven approach to my work. I believe in leading with ethics, transparency, and integrity, and I thrive in collaborative environments that focus on achieving meaningful outcomes for businesses and community.

Dajana Lakic

Heritage Manager

Dajana is an experienced anthropologist with a passion for fieldwork, cultural and ecological preservation and community-led initiatives. She has collaborated with communities across Western Australia, combining research with advocacy. Her work focuses on ethical engagement, sustainability, and amplifying local voices.

Brodie Bailey

HR Manager

Brodie is a seasoned HR, WHS and Operations professional with 25 years’ experience in process improvement, compliance management and collaborative leadership. With a career spanning diverse industries, Brodie has designed and executed initiatives that drive operational excellence, optimise talent management, and ensure a safe and productive environment for all employees.
